Tempura Shrimp, red and white cabbage, carrot, lettuce
Dressing - Purchase a Japanese Wafu dressing at the supermarket or make your own with rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and soy sauce.
Bake the Tempura Shrimp as directed
Chop or shred the cabbage
Julienne the carrots
Place the lettuce on a plate then top with the carrots, cabbage and tempura shrimp
Dress with a Japanese Wafu salad dressing
The tempura shrimp can be cut in portions or left as one piece.
